By registering to use the Risk Radar you are consenting to and acknowledging that:

1. Your information (including any Personal Information as defined in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) is collected to verify that you are a CGU Insurance Policy holder;
2. Your information is collected to allow you to use Risk Radar; and
3. Insurance Australia Limited ABN 11 000 016 722 (IAL) and its related bodies corporate may keep a record of the graphs and action plans generated by the use of the Risk Radar tool, which may be used by IAL and its related bodies corporate to assist you in identifying areas in which you may need to get expert advice. However, there is no obligation on IAL or its related bodies corporate to provide you with assistance and the decision to obtain expert advice and who to use is solely yours.
